Sagar Mind Care, a unit of Ekta Jyoti Welfare Society, is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and accessible psychological support. This project aims to organize awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, workshops, and professional training programs in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, hospitals, educational institutions, and community organizations. Our mission is to reduce mental health stigma, provide guidance and counseling services, and build healthier, happier, and emotionally resilient communities.
